MigrateSpot, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data described here. You can reach us at info@migratespot.com.
What we collect
When you use the form on this website we receive the website address you enter, your name, your business email address, your company name and anything you choose to add. Our servers also process technical data that every web request contains, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse and spam.
Why we use it
We use the details you submit only to respond to your request and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request itself and our legitimate interest in answering it. We don't sell your data and don't add you to newsletters without your explicit consent.
Spam protection
To keep automated spam out, the form uses invisible checks and may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data about your browser to tell people and bots apart. No advertising cookies are involved.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting project, and for at most two years after our last contact unless a longer period is required by law.
Who else sees it
We use carefully chosen service providers for hosting, email and our customer records. They process data on our behalf and under agreements that protect it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@migratespot.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
