A working demo of what Zijtveld's website could become: a 3D excavator and grab that the visitor explores while scrolling, from a single grab with its specifications to a full demolition scene.
The opportunity
Zijtveld has built hydraulic grabs in 's-Graveland since 1995. Its products are mechanical, robust and full of engineering detail, but on a conventional website they are reduced to photos and spec sheets.
What we did
- 1A 3D excavator with grab as the opening scene, scaled to the published dimensions.
- 2Scroll-driven product sections: a grab with callouts and a specification table, an exploded build-up of its parts and a selector for six product families.
- 3Application scenes for demolition, recycling, scrap and timber, so buyers see the grab in their own context.
- 4The production process and company history told as a visual timeline. Available in Dutch, English and German.
Why it matters
A demo that lets a buyer understand the product range in minutes, and a blueprint for how a manufacturer of complex machinery can present itself online.
